Membership Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the yt99 platform. This service is open only to those aged 21 or above. Registration or use of the platform by a minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or device. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
When opening an account on yt99, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or cancelled. If any of your details change at a later date, you are required to update your account information.

Account Security & Privacy
3.1 Password & Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your yt99 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Verification
yt99 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide a national ID card, passport, or other official documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms
Approved payment methods for depositing funds on yt99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit per method is ৳200. Only use payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the verification process is not complete or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
yt99 complies with anti-money laundering policies. If suspicious transactions or unusual financial activity are detected, the account may be placed under review. In such cases, additional verification documents may be requested and transactions may be temporarily suspended.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
yt99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only and carries a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
Example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳32,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- One bonus cannot be combined with another at the same time, unless specifically permitted
- Exploiting any system errors to take advantage of bonus offers is prohibited
- Restrictions may apply to certain games when playing with bonus funds
- yt99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- Accounts may be closed in cases of bonus abuse
VIP Program & Cashback
6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits
yt99 runs a five-tier VIP program for its loyal members. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6.2 VIP Tier Changes
VIP tiers are reviewed based on a member's activity and contributions. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. yt99 reserves the right to periodically review and change the terms of the VIP program and the criteria for tier changes.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Activities That Are Not Permitted
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yt99 platform:
- Fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or automated playing methods
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
- Spreading false or misleading information about yt99
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Opening multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonus benefits
- Conducting harmful cyber activity against the platform
7.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above provisions are violated, yt99 may temporarily or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice. In such cases, funds in the account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Limitation of Liability
